In this house. There lived a master & a young farmer. One day, the master gave a seed to him. "Take this and plant it." The farmer obey, took the seed and plant it outside his house, in a garden.
As it was still a seed, the young farmer gave all his time & energy on it.
Daily, he will bring his watering can, fertilizer and the essential things needed to grow this seed as it was his duty to do so.

Months passed, the plant grew. It grew strong & tall.
A certain day, the young farmer was doing the same daily routine.
( Getting ready with his watering can and the necessary things)
Whistling happily towards the garden.
When the young farmer entered the garden and looked at the plant, to his joy, a small red fruit appeared on the stalk.
Dropping all his equipments and stuff, filled with overwhelmed joy, he ran home to find his master.

The young farmer explained all his effort and how the fruit appeared on the stalk with
much happiness. (Simply speaking, from the beginning till the appearing of the fruit)
The master listened and was pleased with him.
"I have seen your effort and this I am pleased with you."
The master simply pat on his shoulder and went on his way.
As for the young farmer, (still in great joy)
thinking of all his efforts that have not gone to waste, he rewarded himself.
He went out from his house and took a day off from work.
The next day, the sun was exceptionally hot. It was so hot the plant that was left alone, withered. The fruit that grew became unpleasant. It started to rot and dropped on the soil.
Now, the ants saw this happening and quickly gathered all its troops. It carried the died fruit away with much pace. (shake head)
The very same day, the young farmer came back from his day off.
Felt the heat of the sun, he quickly went back home for shelter.
At that moment, the young farmer remembered the plant.
The plant that his master trusted him with.
Filled with much anxious, he went to the garden and checked on it.
To his utmost sorrow, he saw the plant that he once cared for daily was
withered and the fruit gone.
Now, just beside him was the watering can and the necessary stuff that was needed to grow the plant.
Without a second thought, the young farmer quickly gathered the stuff and
once again, watched over it with much patience and care.
Daily, the young farmer continued doing his work with even greater passion.
On one unexpected day, as he was doing his daily work, ( bringing his watering cans & the necessary stuff ) whistling towards the garden, the young farmer had the most pleasant surprise, he saw, hidden beneath the big leafy leaves was the biggest & most beautiful red fruit it ever grew.
The farmer jumped for joy!, plucked the fruit from its stalk and ran to show it to his master. When he reached the house, the farmer, short of breath, lifted up the fruit and showed it to him.
Greatly pleased, the master took it from him.
In returning, the master pat on his shoulder, with the biggest smile on his face.
"Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have make me proud in certain things. Come share my happiness."
Well, you see,

nutrients/necessary stuff -- Word of God, Praying, Fasting..
fruit -- the heart of a soul ( moral values )
ants -- devil & his troop (why ants?) hardworking insects, everyday working without fail, finding food and exploring places all the time.
leaves -- daily life of a soul
garden -- mundane work

hey guys.
i'm just here to post on my results that i have so painstakingly obtained over the last 3 weeks. i am glad to say that i have done adequetely well, and am quite satisfied with some results. without furtherado, let me start.
I have to date, attained 3 distinctions. these are for E Math, Geography and Combined Sciences (Chem/Bio). apart from that, i got a C5 for Additional Math. yes. am working really hard for that now. i'm still unsure for my Combined Hummanities, English and Chinese. However, i just wana thank all of you for keeping me in constant prayer. Indeed God is merciful and works in ways that we do not know, that we cannot see. To God be the Glory!
I have to admit, that God has really been blessing me this year. It is only through Him, is what i have today ever so possible. I thank God for everything He has given to me. In times of uncertainty, in times of weakness, i turn to Him and find strength, and i am renewed. Sometimes, i feel that He is so far away, i feel like i have lost faith. But then i dwell on Him and i regain strength which is so overpowering, so comforting. It has also been a blessing to have cell group members like all of you! it touches me that i have so many brothers and sisters that care for me so much! Thank you all!
One more last thing! My O levels are starting on the 18th of October. It will end by the 7th of November. I hope that all of you will continue to keep me in prayer. It is something that strengthens me and keeps me going. (:
I love you all!

I walked into my room and sat on the bed feeling exhausted after a long day . So i decided to let my eyes wander around the room for a while before i sleep .But somehow my eyes mischeivously stopped at the guitar thats beside this yellow wooden cupboard . So quietly i pulled my little precious out and started playing a D note .. i could hear this verse echoing softly around my ears "Break my heart for what break yours .Everything I am for your kingdom's cause, as I walk from earth into eternity" So i began to hymn the melody ( thinking that i am Annabel or Poh )As i sing and strung the guitar trying to compose until i got the correct note ..
When i finally completed it. I could feel the presence , it was so strong and tangible ..i began to fall on my knees weeping and crying , seeing Him wounded and kept walking on this narrow way from afar ALONE , carrying that HEAVY cross on His back ... He asked " Are you willing to spend yr life walking with ME , Will u willing to carry It eternally ? I'm looking for that very one that seeks for Me .. not in the mind , not anywhere else . But in the heart . Are you willing ? "

Victory Over The Flesh
O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?

Paul didn't want to leave us with the impression that God's laws are bad (Rom. 7:13). God's laws are meant to lead us into a meaningful life in close fellowship with Him. The real problem is our inability to live up to the standards God has set. By nature, we are flawed in inclined toward sin. We don't set out to become enslaved to sin, but if we follow the dictates of our sinful nature, that is what would eventually happen. But we can be thankful that God has made a provision for our weaknesses, solving the sin problem through the finished work of Jesus Christ. Now, if we surrender our lives to God, we can experience His transforming power. He will provide us with the help we need to break free from slavery to our old nature and be ruled by the Holy Spirit.
Paul then described a struggle all of us can identify with. He was most revealing when he said, "I am carnal, sold under sin" (7:14). The great apostle still carnal? Yes, as long as he was alive, he had to contend with his fleshly nature.
Paul said, "For I know that in me (that is , in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but how to perform what is good i do not find. For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice. Now if I do what I will not to do, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me" (7:18-20). Again, Paul was using the present tense to describe his assessment of his own carnal self. He recognized the power of sin in his life and admitted how helpless he was against it.
We all long to do what is good, healthy and right, but we constantly end up committing the same old sins. As we honestly reflect on our lives, we admit our failures and seek to change, but we still may fall back into our old habits again. However, we must not allow this struggle to discourage us. We need to continue to confess our sins to God, even if we have confessed the same sin numerous times. God promises to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We'll never become so spiritual that we can stop confessing our sins.
In fact, when we admit that we don't have the power to overcome the sins that entangle us, only then will we be ready to accept the help that God offers. And only with God's power will we be able to overcome the temptations we face.

firstly i'm amazed by the time & effort u all put into this blog!
Especially the main picture of a guy jumping up praising God! That is... AWESOME !!!
That is what i personally felt we all should be; as on fire as him!
Getting excited for the Lord!
Now, today i would lyk to share a piece of good news!
My sem1yr2 results are finally out !! (YES!)
what im really really happy abt is that i PASSED my Computing Maths2! (YES!)
After all the many days & hours getting help from Kristy (SMILE!) i finally managed to pull through this torturous maths!!! *faintz*
